August 5, 2017-September 1, 2017                          $1,495 + Tax--Late Summer

September 2, 2017-October 6, 2017                         $1,095 + Tax Early Fall

October 7, 2017-December 29, 2017                        $   850 + Tax Late Fall

Other Rates:

Tax=10% of the Rental Rate and is paid by us to agencies of the State of South Carolina

A total tax of 10% is charged.  7% of this money goes to the State of South Carolina and 3% goes to the City of Hilton Head Island (sorry).

Terms and Conditions

Deposits:
A deposit of 40% will be required when you make your reservations in order to guarantee your dates. Your reservation is not final until your deposit is received. A written confirmation will be sent to you. Credit cards or checks will be accepted for payment of the deposits. Checks should be mailed to:

Balances: Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. You will be sent a complete check-in package including maps and instructions after we receive your balance due payment.

Cancellation: Deposit is refundable (less a $75 handling fee) if cancelled over 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of your initial deposit. We will attempt to re-rent the property at the same rate, and, if successful, your initial deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned.

Parking:   There is covered parking.   We pay for one parking pass.  If you need a 2nd pass, there is a $15 charge.

Arrival/ Check-In time is 4 PM. 

Departure Time-Check-out time is 10 AM and is strictly adhered to. Failure to depart by 10 AM will result in additional charges. 

Occupancy -A maximum occupancy of 8 people in the villa is strictly enforced.

Non-Smoking -This is a Non-Smoking property.

Pets- Pets are not allowed in or on the grounds of any accommodation.

Cleaning- Accommodations will be cleaned prior to check-in and at departure. Bed and bath linens and a starter supply of toilet tissue and soap is included.   Bed linens are provided for 2 bedrooms, but not if you need bedding for the sleeper sofa.  There is an extra $35.00 charge for sleeper sofa bed linens.

Damages: You are responsible for any damages caused to the unit outside of normal wear and tear.

Phones: Our villa has a telephone which has no charge for local calls. All long distance phone calls must be made by telephone credit card or calling collect. The phone # is (843)686-6302.
